1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DailyCuts mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. DailyCuts is operated by DailyCuts ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

DailyCuts is a mobile platform for online ordering and delivery of fresh meat, fish, chicken, mutton, and household grocery items. The App enables users to:

  • Browse and order fresh fish, seafood, chicken, and mutton
  • Order daily household essentials and grocery items
  • Schedule deliveries to their preferred address
  • Make online payments for orders
  • Track order and delivery status in real-time
  • Rate and review products and delivery experience

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
  • One person may maintain only one account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are subject to product availability at the store/vendor.
  • A confirmed order constitutes an agreement between you and the store/vendor for the purchase and delivery of the selected items.
  • DailyCuts acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the purchase agreement between you and the store/vendor.
  • Store/vendor partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons (e.g., stock unavailability, delivery area restrictions).
  • You are expected to be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window. Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in order cancellation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand, weather, and other factors.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • DailyCuts does not store your complete payment card details.
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account, including product prices, delivery fees, and applicable taxes.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via the App and/or email.

6. Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on order cancellations, failed deliveries, and refund eligibility.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel, store staff, or other users
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Impersonate another person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App are owned by DailyCuts or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DailyCuts is a platform connecting customers with stores/vendors and delivery partners. We do not directly sell or deliver products.
  • We are not liable for the quality of products provided by store/vendor partners, though we strive to maintain high standards.
  • We are not responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, or health issue arising from consumption of products ordered through the App.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DailyCuts harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
